Hospital Policies

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service. There is a 2% fee applied to all credit and CareCredit cards. We also accept debit cards, cash, and checks to avoid that fee.

    CareCredit: When unexpected illness strikes, unexpected expenses strike as well. We understand this and accept payment through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can apply yourself online.

  • Please allow 24 - 48 hours for all refill requests. We will call you when your medication is ready for pick-up.

    Note: In addition to calling for refills, you may submit requests by logging into our Patient Portal or by emailing us here.

  • Please use the signs outside or the “Check-In” link on our homepage to let us know when you arrive for your appointment. This helps us tremendously so if possible, please check in this way.

  • Please call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. A $30 charge will be assessed without proper 24-hour notification. Please keep other clients in mind and try to cancel or reschedule in advance so another pet can be treated in your pet’s place.

    Also, if you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment time, then you will be expected to reschedule.

  • We are currently accepting new clients on an individual basis per doctor’s approval. Please call or email us for more information.

  • Masks are now optional at this time. While they are recommended, they are not required.
